JPB Système is one of our first customers in France, they started out buying one Will-Fill, and have now equipped their complete shop with Will-Fill devices. JPB Système develops and produces self-locking products for the aeronautical industry. This production is always in strict compliance with the need of their customers. JPB Système has enhanced the operator interactions by automating the entire process, not only production but also quality control like 3D measurements. By using Will-Fill they now have a device that optimize all the human interactions for controlling, adjusting and topping up the metalworking fluid to the bare minimum. This is perfect to keep their fully automated machines working with the best possible coolant conditions.
All data collection of Will-Fill will be pushed to their own development product Keyprod to gather data and track productivity.
